So after a month and a little bit I am sitting just around 165lbs-167lbs depending on the time of day I weigh myself. I'm pretty happy with the results of losing weight by eating better. Now I think I might actually try for 160 or even 155! I haven't been 155 in over 15 years! But if I do get to 155lbs I'm pretty sure I will be able to see abs. Woohoo!
